With more than 16 years of experience in financial sector, including investment funds and banking institutions, out of which 12 years in leadership roles, Victor led a multinational company across 17 countries from Central and South Eastern Europe.
As the founder of VR Capital Fund, Victor is responsible for the business strategy and the company's development plan. As a leader, he drives the growth and management of a diverse capital, project finance, and portfolios in various fields like Real Estate, NPL and Private Equity.
Oana Todeilă
Legal Director
Oana is a lawyer with more than 7 years of experience, being a member of the Bar Association since 2014. She is specialized in business law, M&A, commercial contracts, as well as corporate transactional and advisory work. Before joining VR Capital Fund, she was Head of Legal for the recovery division of an international group focusing on asset management.
Mugur Marin
Real Estate Director
Mugur has over 14 years of experience in Real Estate and Valuation, while 10 years of managing the activity of the RE valuation teams and handling valuation of distressed collaterals, having among clients international investment funds, insolvency practitioners and public courthouses..
Civil Engineer, graduated from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, Mugur holds a Bachelor degree also from the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers.
ANEVAR certified valuator and judicial technical valuation expert, Mugur is qualified in the field of civil, industrial and agricultural constructions.

Project Manager
Cristian is a Project Manager at VR Capital with experience in coordinating complex projects and optimizing operational processes. Throughout his career, he has worked with cross-functional teams and partners across multiple industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. His focus is on efficiency, strategic planning, and delivering solutions that support long-term business objectives.
Marius Zanfir
Head of Property Management
Marius joined VR team with more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management.
He is responsible of operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include residential, commercial, and land real estates from VR portfolios.
Graduated in Law, Marius ensures for the VR Group the flawless operation of property management services, managing financial and legal matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.
Alexandra Gheța
Private Equity Project Manager
Alexandra comes with more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, NPLs industry, out of which 6 years in a managerial role in debt recovery, enforcement recovery department. She has strong expertise in Retail Recovery, supervising end-to-end collections and being involved in multiple due diligence projects. Alexandra holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Negotiation.
